U.S. shipping

Free U.S. shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the United States when shown at checkout. Final shipping options, delivery speeds, and totals are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, product launches, or severe weather.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates are shown by the carrier or checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

International checkout availability

Some international destinations may be available through Shopify Markets. If international checkout is available for your location, the available shipping options, delivery estimates, taxes, duties, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout. The United States remains OrnaPegma's primary market focus.

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.
