Global Delivery

We currently ship to most major countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. If your country is available at checkout, it means we can deliver directly to you. For any regions not listed, please contact our customer service team and we’ll explore alternative delivery options.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or product launches.

Estimated Delivery Time

International shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier service:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

While we work with reliable global couriers, delivery times may be affected by customs inspections or local postal delays.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real time. Tracking updates typically appear within 48 hours after dispatch.

Packaging

Each Orna Pegma product is carefully packed in a protective, eco-conscious box, designed to ensure that your jewelry organizer arrives in pristine condition. For gifts, you may select our signature packaging option at checkout.

Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations or import restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries or P.O. boxes. If we’re unable to fulfill your order to your location, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
