Return Policy

At Orna Pegma, we want you to love every piece you order. Each jewelry organizer is designed and crafted with care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).

  • All original packaging, inserts, and protective materials must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ornapegma.com so we can make it right.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@ornapegma.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

We currently offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (if available).
To request an exchange, please email support@ornapegma.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to exchange

  • The preferred replacement option

If the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund instead.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the return is confirmed.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue to support@ornapegma.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


8. Gifts

If you received an Orna Pegma product as a gift, you may return it for store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping). Please provide the gift giver’s name and order number if possible.


9. Our Promise

We believe that returning a product should be as smooth and considerate as purchasing it. Every return is handled with care, transparency, and respect for your experience as an Orna Pegma customer.
