Shipping Within the United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Processing Time

All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or new product launches.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free U.S. shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States when offered at checkout. Final shipping options, delivery speeds, and totals are confirmed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment. If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please allow 24 hours for any carrier updates before contacting us.

Each Orna Pegma order is carefully wrapped in protective, eco-conscious packaging to preserve the beauty of your organizer.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
