Shipping Policy

At Orna Pegma, we take pride in delivering your order with the same care and attention that goes into crafting each of our jewelry organizers. Every shipment is prepared thoughtfully to ensure your pieces arrive quickly, securely, and beautifully packaged.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Processing Time

All domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery from our studio to your door.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or new product launches.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure dependable service nationwide. You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option at checkout when available.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD (after discounts, before taxes).
Orders under $50 will display calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours for any carrier updates before reaching out to us.

Packaging

Each Orna Pegma order is carefully wrapped in protective, eco-friendly packaging to preserve the beauty of your organizer. You can also select our signature gift packaging option at checkout for a more elevated unboxing experience.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
